Thomas Gleeson

Thomas Gleeson is an executive in government administration with extensive experience in public finance, budgeting, and utility policy. They served as Chief Operating Officer at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from 2018 to 2020, where they managed a staff of 200 and directed agency operations. Previously, Thomas worked as a Budget Analyst at the Legislative Budget Board and as a Legislation Analyst for the Texas Senate Research Center. Currently, they serve on the Board of Directors for both ERCOT and the Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. Their leadership focuses on implementing strategic initiatives and advocating for agency funding within the public sector.
