Katya Leidmane

Katya Leidmane is a passionate business leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across international companies. They served as an HR Manager at Swedbank and later as the HR Leader at GE Money Bank, before becoming the People Director at Circle K Latvia, where they led HR strategy and team development. Currently, Katya is the Director at ERDA, managing a consultancy team and focusing on new product development, while also providing freelance HR and L&D consulting as a Gallup Strength Coach. Katya is pursuing a Master of Social Anthropology at Rīga Stradiņš University and has a BA in Intercultural Relations from Latvijas Kultūras akadēmija.
