Brian Happ

Brian Happ serves as a Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where leadership encompasses guiding business owners, CEOs, and Presidents in the Madison and greater Milwaukee area to foster deep conversations and achieve positive outcomes. With extensive experience, Brian previously chaired the Strategic Committee as a Vistage member and has facilitated various ownership successions and financial transactions. In addition to current roles as an Advisory Board Member at Kellymoss Inc. and a Director at Century Companies, Brian holds multiple directorial positions, including Chair of the Audit Committee at Shared Imaging and prior experience as a Director at Agrace. Educationally, Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
