Joyce Nichols

Joyce Nichols serves as the Executive Administrator to the President & CEO at ERDMAN, a leading project delivery firm in healthcare, since September 2018. With a focus on integrative thinking, Joyce contributes to solving complex challenges in the healthcare sector, including market opportunities and operational models. Prior to this role, Joyce was a Project Manager at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison from October 2012 to September 2018, and also held various positions, including Retail Project Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Executive Assistant II at Springs Window Fashions from September 1999 to October 2012. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Edgewood University.
