Mr. Peck is a results driven CEO and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of proven operational expertise, business development and M&A experience. Under the umbrella of Kayne Anderson Private Investors, he founded eReplacements in 2004, a wholesale importer and distributor of replacement electronic products. Also under Kayne Anderson, he was an investor, Chairman and CEO of Printer Essentials from 2004 to 2009. In March 2009 he purchased the assets of eReplacements from Kayne Anderson to run them on his own.
Prior to eReplacements and Printer Essentials, Mr. Peck founded PowerSourceOnline.com in 1994. PowerSource Online was the first ever subscription based internet trading exchange for buyers and sellers of computer parts. Mr. Peck sold the company to Aurora Electronics in 1997 and Mr. Peck purchased the company back in 1998 and re-sold the business to Mediagrif (MDF.TO), which went public on the Toronto exchange in 2000.
Mr. Peck received a BS from the Wharton School and a BA from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania.
