Charlène A.

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare informatics. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente since April 2003, Charlene is recognized as a clinical documentation expert and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was achieved in a level one trauma center. Earlier career contributions at Kaiser Permanente include modeling clinical concepts for the Convergent Medical Terminology and serving as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
