Jonathan Bryant

Jonathan Bryant is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in supporting high-growth and transforming companies. Currently serving as a Partner at Erevena since September 2018, Jonathan specializes in working with rapidly growing firms across various sectors, including those backed by venture capital and growth equity. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Principal at 360Leaders from January 2017 to August 2018, focusing on international scaling for VC-backed technology companies. Jonathan's earlier roles include Head of Technology Executive Search at Real Exec, where the focus was on consumer technology clients, and Senior Consultant at 360 Leaders. Jonathan began the career as a Senior Associate at Wilton & Bain. Jonathan holds a degree in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
