Daniela Davini

Daniela Davini has a strong background in the technology industry, with a focus on project management and ICT. Daniela began their career in 2000 at Marconi Communications S.p.A., where they worked as a Hardware Technical Development Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the development and debug of TLC boards, including tasks such as component selection, CAD support, schematics design, and EMI/EMC test support.

In 2007, Davini joined Ericsson as a Hardware Team Leader, overseeing the development of 64chs ADSL2+ boards. Daniela later advanced to the role of Hardware Technical Coordinator and Software&Hardware Technical Coordinator, where they managed both Hardware and Software Team Leaders and played a crucial role in development activities, considering impacts on timing, costs, and quality.

In 2010, Davini was promoted to the position of Hardware Project Responsible and later became the Optical Transceivers Area Responsible and Technical Coordinator, serving as Ericsson's worldwide reference point for optical pluggable transceivers. Daniela successfully coordinated and managed an external group in optical modules hardware validation.

In 2013, Davini joined ERG S.p.A., where they were part of an IT group focused on renewable energy. In 2014, they moved to ERG Renew S.p.A. as a Technical Project Coordinator and later as Planning, Control, and ICT Business Partner.

Currently, Davini is working at ERG SpA as a Project Manager and ICT Specialist in Generation&Market Application Development. Their responsibilities include monitoring and control of Wind and Solar Power plants through application development.

Daniela Davini's education history includes a Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica Indirizzo Biomedico from the Università di Pisa, which they obtained from the Università degli Studi di Pisa. Daniela also achieved a Maturità scientifica from the Liceo Scientifico E. Fermi di Massa.
