Giulia Pia has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Giulia started their career in 1999 at Aon as a Finance and Administration Manager. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Marconi Communications as a Financial Controller, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing reporting for R&D projects and cost centers. Giulia then moved on to the role of Sales & Marketing Financial Controller for Southern Europe and Central America & Latin America at Marconi Communications from 2004 to 2006.

In 2006, Giulia joined Ericsson and took on various roles within the company. Giulia initially served as a Business Controller for the Broadband Networks Product Area, where they handled budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing reporting for R&D projects and cost centers. Giulia was also responsible for monthly sales reports and margin analysis. Later, they became a Financial Analyst at Ericsson R&D Italy Center, where they managed project costs control and intercompany billing. Giulia then transitioned to the role of Finance Process Lead at Ericsson HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, where they were the Single Point of Contact for the Heads of Business Finance for three Business Units. Giulia participated in corporate improvement programs and received training in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

From 2010 to 2018, Giulia worked as a Senior Business Operations Analyst & Strategic Product Manager at Ericsson. In this role, they conducted business analysis for the product portfolio, including business plans and performance metrics. Giulia also handled supply chain interface for volume/demand planning and inventory cost optimization. Additionally, they conducted business intelligence activities on market trends and competitors and managed the product lifecycle for Marconi optical legacy and partner products.

Since 2018, Giulia has been working at ERG Spa as part of the Planning, Control & Reporting team, where they are responsible for power markets and infrastructures regulation. Giulia focuses on electricity markets and grid regulation in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and Sweden. Additionally, they provide guidance on REMIT regulatory compliance across all ERG Group.
