James Yates

James Yates has extensive experience in managing facilities and service delivery in the healthcare industry. James has held various positions, starting as a Medical Technical Officer at the NHS in 1989, and currently serves as the Head of Facilities and Service Delivery at Ergéa for the PFI at NHS New Cross Hospital. With a background in electrical and electronic engineering, James has also managed teams and led technical training sessions throughout their career. James is dedicated to ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency within hospital facilities.
