André Weilert

André Weilert currently serves as the Head of Global P&C at ERGO Group AG, fostering technical excellence on a global scale. Previously, they held roles such as Chief Technical Excellence Officer at AXA Global Direct, where they developed global best practices in pricing, underwriting, and claims. André also served as the Chief Pricing Actuary at Zurich Financial Services and has extensive experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on pricing and underwriting in the property and casualty insurance sector. They began their academic career as a research assistant at the University of Bonn, where they wrote a PhD thesis in Algorithmic and Algebraic Number Theory.
