Andreas Trusow

Andreas Trusow is an experienced professional in actuarial science and risk management, currently serving as the Department Head at Risk Management for ERGO Group AG since April 2022. Prior to this role, Andreas held various positions at Generali Deutschland AG from January 2012 to April 2022, including Project Lead for IFRS 17 and Head of Actuarial Function, focusing on technical provisions across life, health, and property & casualty sectors, as well as own funds and Solvency II reporting. Earlier in Andreas's career, a position as Senior Actuary at PwC from July 2007 to December 2011 involved managing actuarial calculations for life and health. Andreas holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsmathematiker degree in Wirtschaftsmathematik from Universität Trier, obtained between 2001 and 2007.
