Gregory OCULI

Gregory Oculi is currently the Directeur adjoint Construction at ERGO Group AG, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Gregory worked in various roles within the construction underwriting sector, including Souscripteur Construction at Groupe SMA and a Consultant at Verlingue. Gregory co-founded a startup aimed at enhancing the recruitment of young talents in the banking and insurance sectors and served as President at Twenty Talent in 2019. Gregory has also held positions at AXA, where they managed insurance contracts and analyses, and graduated with a Master 2 in Management de l’assurance from Enass, while also pursuing a Licence at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
