Jonas Stein

Jonas Stein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategic management. Currently, as Head of HR Strategy & Analytics at ERGO Group AG since July 2010, Jonas oversees a global function dedicated to Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling & Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning. Previous roles include Head of HR Policies & Guidelines and Team Lead for Strategic Issues in HR Germany, as well as significant contributions in project management within market development and customer experience management. Jonas has also held consultancy positions in brand strategy and international marketing. Additionally, experience at Victoria Versicherungs AG and Kicker Sportmagazin includes managing sponsorship initiatives and freelance writing. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Management from the University of East London and a Diplom in Sport Economics from the University of Bayreuth, complemented by a European Master in Sport Management from Università LUMSA.
