Katrin Weitz

Katrin Weitz has extensive experience in diversity management and education, currently serving as a Diversitymanagerin at ERGO Group AG since June 2002, focusing on gender and age diversity, as well as work-life balance initiatives. Responsibilities include leading projects such as the re-audit of berufundfamiliegGmbH and the Gender 2020 project. Prior to this role, Katrin Weitz was a Dozentin at Hochschule Koblenz from January 2019 to 2020, and held the position of Referentin der Betriebsorganisation at GEFA from April 1986 to April 1991, where duties included fleet management and organizational planning. Katrin Weitz holds a Diplom in Pädagogik from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, completed in 1986.
