Michael Rau is currently the Bereichsleiter Customer Services & Textsystems at ITERGO, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Sales & Business Development at ERGO Digital Ventures AG from 2018 to 2023 and Chief Sales & Business Development Officer at Allianz Partners in Greater China from 2014 to 2016. Michael's early career includes positions as a Consultant at Mücke, Sturm & Company and Managing Director at Cosmonited Ltd. They hold an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and are currently continuing their studies at EDHEC Business School.
