Simon Kulawik

Simon Kulawik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global P&C Claims at ERGO Group AG since January 2020, Simon leads the global strategy and transformation of P&C Claims entities, focusing on operational excellence and cost efficiency. Previously, Simon held the role of Head of Claims P&C Operations at ERGO Versicherung AG, where significant efficiency gains and customer satisfaction improvements were achieved. Additionally, Simon briefly took on the role of Managing Director at Allysca Assistance GmbH while at ERGO. Prior to that, Simon worked at Allianz in various leadership roles, including Digital Officer and Head of Claims Transformation, implementing digital strategies and operational improvements. Simon's early career involved consulting at BearingPoint and IBM, contributing to strategic projects for top-tier clients. Academically, Simon holds an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Diplom Kaufmann from the University of Cologne, specializing in strategic management and corporate finance.
