Solveig Haw

Solveig Haw is currently the Leitende Gesellschaftsärztin at ERGO Group AG, where they focus on developing a collaborative Center of Medical Excellence. With 20 years of experience as a medical doctor, they have established expertise in risk evaluation, structural reorganization, and business process redesign across diverse international settings. Previously, they held senior roles at Allianz Insurance, including Senior Vice President and Head of Medical Risk Management, where they implemented integrated risk evaluation systems and restructured divisions. Earlier in their career, Solveig worked with Terre des hommes as a Medical Counselor and served as an International Medical Adviser at Vereinte Krankenversicherung AG.
