Stefan Dinter is an experienced professional in design and customer journey management, currently serving as the Ideation Lead of the Digital Factory at ERGO Group AG since July 2021. With a robust background as a Lecturer in Design Thinking and Product Design at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Stefan has also held various roles at ERGO Direkt AG, including Consultant Customer Journey and Product Owner for the Chat Platform. Prior to this, substantial contributions were made at ERGO Direkt Versicherungen in sales development and corporate design.
