Nathaniel Persily is one of the foremost experts on American elections and election law working today. He has led the Presidential Commission on Election Administration, served as a court-appointed nonpartisan redistricting expert in six states, and he currently directs the Stanford Program on Democracy and the Internet, the Stanford Cyber Policy Center, and the Stanford-MIT Healthy Elections Project. He currently holds the McClatchy Professorship in Law at Stanford University, where he also teaches in the Politics and Communication departments.
