Andi Lember

Andi Lember is currently the Head of Direct Corporate Sales at ERGO Insurance SE (ERGO Eesti), a role held since 2023. Prior to this, Andi served as the Head of Department at Eesti Energia from 2019 to 2023, focusing on large corporate customers and the SME segment in Estonia. Andi also held positions at Danske Bank A/S Estonia branch, including Relationship Manager and Investment Advisor from 2003 to 2013, and later as Head of Private Banking from 2013 to 2018. They earned a Master's degree in Digital Transformation in Business from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 2022 and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool in 2005.
