Jane Pärtelpoeg

Jane Pärtelpoeg is an agile-focused IT leader who excels in fostering clarity, structure, and value through team collaboration and continuous improvement. With a background in communication and business analysis, they served as a Retail Client Manager at Swedbank Estonia from 1999 to 2008. Currently, Jane leads the Solution Delivery Department at ERGO Insurance SE, while also overseeing the Supporting Functions Competence Center. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from International University Audentes and a Master of Business Administration from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Primary School Education from the Teachers Seminar of Tartu.
