Laimė Naruševičienė

Laimė Naruševičienė is a CFO and member of the Management Board at ERGO Insurance SE, where they have worked since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Pricing and Reinsurance department at ERGO Insurance SE from 2013 to 2025 and held various actuarial positions since 1999, including Chief Actuary in Lithuania and Latvia at ERGO. Laimė possesses strong skills in Property & Casualty Insurance, Analytical Skills, Pension Funds, and Pricing Strategy, backed by a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Vilnius University and a Diploma in Actuarial Techniques from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
