Shreya Singh

Shreya Singh currently serves as a Human Resources Operation professional at Ergode, overseeing various aspects of people operations, including employee retention, exit interviews, induction, onboarding, and addressing employee grievances, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Shreya worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Myport Services India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed all HR activities within the organization. Prior to that, Shreya gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at Inland World Logistics, focusing on recruitment strategies and administrative duties. Earlier roles included a brief stint as a Marketing Executive at Tenhard India Pvt Ltd and a position in human resource management at Jio, emphasizing recruiting plans and candidate evaluation. Shreya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from NSHM College of Management and Technology and NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata Group of Institutions, completed in May 2022.
