Lee Adams

Lee Adams has over 30 years of work experience in finance and auditing. Lee started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1990 as a Staff Auditor. In 1991, they joined Haddox Reid Burkes & Calhoun PLLC as a Partner, where they stayed for over 20 years until 2011. At Haddox Reid Burkes & Calhoun PLLC, they had a leading role in finance. In the same year, they joined Ergon Inc. as the Senior Vice President - Finance. Since then, they have been responsible for overseeing the financial operations at Ergon Inc.

Lee Adams attended Mississippi State University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree, with a focus on Professional Accountancy. In 1991, Lee Adams became a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Mississippi State Board of Public Accountancy. Later, in 2012, they acquired the certifications of Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., and Chartered Global Management Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Finally, in 2014, Lee Adams obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
