Tom Isonhood

Tom Isonhood has a strong background in business process management and environmental, health & safety training. Tom started their career in 1985 at Entergy Operations, Inc., where they worked as a Health Physicist II and later became a Senior Technical Instructor. In 2000, Tom joined the United States Army Reserve, where they held various roles, including Plans Officer, Personnel Management Officer, and Division Chief. In 2004, they transitioned to Ergon Inc. and served as Manager, Business Process Management Department until 2016, when they were promoted to Vice President - Business Process Management.

Tom Isonhood's education history begins in 1980 when they enrolled at Mississippi College, where they studied Biological Sciences. Tom completed their Bachelor of Science degree in this field in 1985. After a significant gap in their education, Tom attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Workforce Training & Development.

In addition to their formal education, Tom has also obtained various certifications. In April 2006, they became a Certified Professional in Talent Development from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Later, in November 2022, Tom obtained a certification in Sustainability Strategies from LinkedIn.
