Toine Evers

Toine Evers has extensive experience in production leadership roles, currently serving as Workcenterleider/productieleider at Ergon since July 2023. Prior to this, Evers was an assistent productie leider at Ergon (Paccar Parts) from January 2020 to July 2023 and held the position of Teamleader at Scandinavian Tobacco Group from January 2008 to January 2020. Evers also worked as a Groepsleider at AGIO Sigaren fabrieken from December 1998 to December 2007. Responsibilities throughout these roles included planning customer-specific orders, managing personnel schedules, overseeing operator training and flexibility, conducting performance reviews and absence discussions, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. Evers has demonstrated a strong ability to maintain effective communication across various departments and foster a positive work environment.
