Anna Baumeier

Anna Baumeier's work experience includes diverse roles in the field of human resources. Anna is currently working as Lead People & Culture at Ergotopia GmbH, where they are responsible for various aspects of talent acquisition, talent management, and culture development. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Senior HR Consultant at DONE!Berlin, providing custom solutions for fast-growing companies. Anna also served as a Senior HR Manager (Interim) at Rock Tech Lithium Inc., by Done!Berlin. Anna has previous experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiting Manager at fitsvia and bellavia. Anna collaborated as a Consultant in HR & Communications at DRIVEIMPACT, where they worked on project-based assignments. Anna also worked in the Human Resources department at foodspring. Anna started their career as an AuPair at Cultural Care Au Pair and gained further experience through an empirical internship at Universität Koblenz-Landau.

Anna Baumeier attended the University of Koblenz and Landau from 2015 to 2019. Anna obtained a Bachelor's degree in psychology during their time there. Prior to their university education, Anna Baumeier completed their Abitur at the Gymnasium Montabaur.
