Lynne Odegaard is an experienced Global Human Resources Leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ergotron, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Lynne was the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Ergotron from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on enhancing employee productivity and profitability. Lynne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management and Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2005.
