Nathan Abel

Nathan Abel is an experienced professional in the fields of industrial design and human-centered design, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ergotron since June 2021, where focus includes the development of Class 4 and 5 IoT Smart products. Nathan also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design since September 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ximedica as a Senior Human Centered Industrial Designer from June 2017 to April 2020, and a 13-year role at 3M in various capacities focused on product development and innovation within Consumer Healthcare and Automotive divisions. Noteworthy achievements at 3M involved leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing new product platforms. Earlier career highlights include serving as Creative Director at Digital Revolution, delivering successful projects for high-profile clients in television and motion picture production.
