Marek Tkocz

Marek Tkocz currently serves as the O&M Coordinator at Ergy, responsible for supervising operations of solar and wind farms, collaborating with management and investors on performance-related initiatives, and managing the takeover processes of renewable energy assets. Previously, Marek held positions as Junior Project Manager at SAGEMCOM, where involvement in public tenders and technical customer support occurred, and as Change Management Coordinator at Impact Clean Power Technology S.A., focusing on the implementation of design changes and project monitoring. Earlier roles included Junior Quality Engineer and Quality Technician, where Marek emphasized quality control in the production process and contributed to the implementation of ISO standards. Marek's experience also includes a brief internship in quality engineering and work as a production and warehouse assistant. Marek holds a degree in Production Management and Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology.
