What started as a simple idea in 2018 to make the world more inclusive and understanding quickly blossomed into a growing community dedicated to recognising the strengths, creativity, and potential of autistic, disabled, and neurodivergent people.

We’re now proud to be Eric Knows CIO, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation focused on inclusion, empowerment, and opportunity. Our mission is to create accessible pathways for learning, confidence-building, and community connection, supporting people to recognise their strengths and reach their goals in ways that work for them.

Through our programmes and projects, we help people to:
