Ben Johnson is a seasoned creative professional with over two decades of experience in design and brand strategy. Currently serving as Creative Director at Eric Rob & Isaac since 2010, Ben combines leadership in creative output with extensive design expertise. Additionally, Ben has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Harding University since 2018, teaching Typography 1 & 2. Prior experience includes a role as Creative Director at EXIT Marketing and as Design Director and Partner at Tactical Magic, where Ben led award-winning branding initiatives for notable clients. Early career experience includes roles at Thompson & Company and a strong educational background with a BFA in Graphic Design from Harding University and an MBA from Union University.

Eric Rob & Isaac was formed in 2004 by experienced marketing professionals Eric Lancaster, Rob Bell and Isaac Alexander.
