Philip Brown

Philip Brown has an extensive work experience in the construction industry. Philip worked as a Commercial Director at Eric Wright Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Surveying Director from March 2020 to January 2022, and before that, they served as a Senior Commercial Manager from February 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Eric Wright Group, Philip worked at Carillion as a Commercial Manager from February 2014 to February 2018. In addition, they worked at Lend Lease as a Commercial Manager from March 2003 to March 2014, where they were responsible for the commercial delivery of various projects in sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Government, Education, and Residential. Philip gained experience in different types of contracts during their time at Lend Lease, including JCT Design & Build contracts, JCT Management contracts, PFI contracts, NEC contracts, and GC/Works contracts.

Philip also has previous experience at Carillion as a Quantity Surveyor from September 2002 to March 2003, and from September 2000 to September 2001.

Philip Brown earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from The University of Manchester from 1998 to 2002.
