EricaAI is the digital midwife that brings evidence-based support to parents wherever they are. We've developed the first AI midwife assistant that integrates seamlessly into your website, app, or product QR codes, providing trusted guidance when parents need it most—whether that's during a midnight feeding or a midday product comparison.
What sets us apart? Our unique hybrid approach combines AI efficiency with real human expertise. EricaAI is genuinely trained by experienced midwives with over 50 years of clinical experience, and every response is verified by a professional midwife, ensuring safe, reliable support that parents can truly trust. For complex or sensitive questions, we seamlessly transition to live midwife chat, offering the perfect balance of immediate availability and personalised care.
Our approach prioritises education and information first, creating an authentic foundation of trust with your customers. This naturally opens the door for contextual product recommendations that feel like helpful solutions rather than sales pitches. The result is a customer experience that feels both supportive and genuine—reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews from parents who value the support we provide.
Integration with your existing digital ecosystem is straightforward and efficient. Once implemented, EricaAI not only provides 24/7 support to parents but also captures valuable insights about their concerns and questions—information that can drive your product development and marketing strategy.
Our partnerships with brands like Lansinoh, BabyCentre UK, and Dew Baby Products have delivered impressive results: 80% user retention, immediate response times, and a 30% increase in website traffic, showing an increase in engagement and extending the customer retention journey from early pegnancy to childhood. Let's transform how you connect with parents through the perfect balance of midwifery expertise and technology that speaks to today's generation of parents.
