Robin Mong

Robin Mong is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Erickson Senior Living since December 2022. With a robust background in recruitment, Robin previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at GEICO, where oversight of a team of eight recruiters and analysis of Workday data for identifying recruiting trends were key responsibilities. Robin's diverse experience includes recruiting college students for various programs, mentoring early career professionals, and teaching career strategies as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland.
