Abir Sinha

Abir Sinha is currently a Team Leader at Ericsson, serving as the RF Optimization Lead for a major telecom operator in the USA, where they oversee Network Deployment, New Product Introduction, and 5G Rollout. With over nine years of experience in telecom, Abir has been involved in advanced network analytics, data-driven decision-making, and mobile network optimization. Abir holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology and has previously worked as a Senior Network Consultant and in various engineering roles at Ericsson and other companies.
