Adel Ali

Adel Ali, ESPM, IPMA®, is currently the Customer Operations Manager for Ericsson in the Indian Ocean Cluster. Adel has extensive experience in project and program management, having previously held roles at companies like Beacon, IDK, Transtel, and PACC. Adel also served as GCC Managing Director at Kull Solutions & Communications and has a background in managing telecom projects and operations across various locations. Educated in Telecommunications Engineering at Ain Shams University, Adel holds a PMP certification in Telecom from the IPMA Certifications Institute.
