Ahmed Farag has extensive experience in field operations management, currently serving as Field Operation Manager at Ericsson since October 2010. In this role, Ahmed oversees all on-site field operation activities, manages budgets, authorizes changes, and ensures adequate staffing for service delivery. Prior to this, Ahmed held various positions at Ericsson and MobiServe, including Field Operation Engineer and Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed installation, maintenance, and testing of radio and transmission equipment. Ahmed also cultivated skills in stakeholder management and performance reporting, backed by a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Helwan University Cairo, obtained in 2003.
