Alan Reid is a retired professional with diverse leadership experience in the telecom industry, having held positions worldwide, including operations and product roles in countries such as China, Hong Kong, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Reid served as Executive Director at Ericsson from 2012 to 2016, overseeing core and service enabling product deployment, and previously worked as Leader of Customer Service for Nortel in North America. Reid began their career as a member of the scientific staff at BNR, focusing on human factors and ergonomics research. Currently, Reid remains active as the Head of Operations for Ericsson CU AT&T Mexico.
