Albano Otegui

Albano Otegui is a seasoned Human Resources professional who currently serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Total Rewards in Latin America and Europe at Ericsson. With over a decade of experience at Ericsson, they have held various roles including Head of Total Rewards for Latin America and HR Responsible for Argentina. Prior to their tenure at Ericsson, Albano was the HR Champion for Organizational Management in South America at Companía Ericsson SACI and worked as a Business and Planning Manager at Alpargatas SACI. Albano holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidad del Salvador and has completed a postgraduate program in Strategic HR Management at Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
