Albert Windom is a retired telecommunications executive with extensive experience in customer operations and service delivery. They served as V.P. of Customer Support at Ericsson since 2017 and held the position of Service Delivery Director at the same company from 2010. Prior to their tenure at Ericsson, Albert was a Customer Operations Leader at Nortel Networks from 1986 to 2009. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on RTV Broadcasting from the University of Houston between 1976 and 1981.
