Ale Ceric

Ale Ceric is the Head of Production Engineering and Logistics at Ericsson, where they have cultivated extensive experience in leadership and team management in fast-paced environments. With a passion for improvements and achieving business goals, Ale drives a learning organization while focusing on safety, quality, economics, and sustainability, deeply influenced by Lean philosophy. Previously, they held roles including Manager of Performance & Process Management and Teknikchef at Ericsson, specializing in production planning and test equipment maintenance. Ale obtained a degree in Lean Production from Chalmers Professional Education AB in 2011.
