Alexandra Stefan

Alexandra Stefan is the Head of Automated Operations at Ericsson, where they lead and manage various teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with organizational objectives. Previously, they served as a 1st Level Assurance Team Leader, managing a team of technical coordinators and engineers. Earlier in their career, they held roles at TELUS International Europe, where they advanced from Customer Service Representative to Team Leader, and at ABC Oprea Holding & Associates as an Assistant Manager. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Management and has degrees in Literature and International Business.
