Ali M Zaiter is the Head of Network Management Hub for KSA, GULF, and North Middle East at Ericsson, driving automation and delivery excellence. They previously held several leadership roles within Ericsson, including Head of OSS and Head of Services Sales & Delivery, where they optimized project delivery and improved customer satisfaction across the region. Ali started their career as a System and Network Engineer and has also been a UNIX Security Instructor at Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth. They earned a BE in Computer Engineering from Lebanese American University and completed a course on AI for Business Leaders at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2023.
