Alison Fraser

Alison Fraser serves as the Head of Development and Use of Tech Legal Affairs at Ericsson, where responsibilities include guiding the company's global approach to the responsible development and use of technology. Prior to this position, Alison was a Chief Legal Officer at Confluence, leveraging extensive experience in B2B financial technology within regulated environments. Alison also held roles as General Counsel for the Americas at OSTTRA, where contributions were pivotal in launching a joint venture, and as Director & Assistant General Counsel at CME Group, driving significant commercial growth. Alison holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and an AB in History from Princeton University.
