Alla Fast is currently the Head of HR for Ukraine and Eurasia countries at Ericsson, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager for Ericsson in Eastern Europe and Central Asia from 2009 to 2012, providing business partnership and remote HR support. Alla's career at Ericsson began as an HR Specialist between 2001 and 2006, during which they advanced through various roles. Before joining Ericsson, they served as the PA to the General Director at JSC Alliant Kiev from 1993 to 1999.
