Alper Benli

Alper Benli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Ericsson since May 2008, currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Strategic Initiatives for Europe & Latin America within Cloud Software & Services. Benli leads digital transformation programs, oversees customer support, system integration, and lifecycle management initiatives while also holding previous leadership roles in Customer Solutions & Operations and Digital Business Systems for the UK & Ireland. Prior experience includes significant positions as Consulting and Systems Integration Program Director in both MELA and RMEA regions, and experience in project management and customer support roles. Benli’s educational background includes prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, The London School of Economics and Political Science, Koç University, and Erciyes University.
