Alper Tunaboylu

Alper Tunaboylu has extensive experience in service delivery and engineering management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Engineering Manager for Digital Business Support Systems at Ericsson since August 2017. Previously, Alper held multiple roles at AVEA from August 2010 to August 2017, including CRM & Sales Systems Senior Specialist, with responsibilities in application development, project leadership, and vendor management. Alper also has a solid technical background as a backend and frontend developer, contributing to various order management projects. Academically, Alper holds a Master's Degree in Science of Strategy from Gebze Technical University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, alongside further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science and İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi.
