Amr Helal is currently the Head of Project Management Office for the Middle East & Africa at Ericsson. With a robust history at Ericsson from 2010 to 2012, they have held various senior roles including Head of Portfolio Management OSS/BSS and Head of Quality & Operational Excellence for the region. Prior to their tenure at Ericsson, Amr served as Managing Director at both Pharaoh Communication Networks and Spirit Telecom between 2002 and 2007. Amr earned a BSc in Telecommunication Engineering from Ain Shams University and an MBA from the American University of London.
